Begin With the Right Wellness Assessment
Wellness care should not begin with a fixed massage, detox or Panchakarma package. Different people have different routines, medical histories, medicines, goals and contraindications.
During your consultation, the Ayurveda physician may review:
- your daily routine, work pattern and wellness priorities
- sleep, meal and activity habits
- medical history, current treatment and available reports
- prescription medicines, supplements and herbal products
- relevant classical Ayurvedic assessment, including Prakriti where appropriate
- whether further investigation, referral or a different service is required
You will then receive recommendations explaining what may be suitable, what each component is intended to support and what precautions or limitations apply.
Book a Physician ConsultationWellness Goals We Can Discuss
These are entry points for a consultation, not promised outcomes.
Healthier Daily Routines
Support with meal timing, sleep routines, activity, work breaks and sustainable day-to-day habits.
Rest and Relaxation Support
A consultation-led plan that may include relaxation practices or selected external Ayurvedic therapies when suitable.
Work-Life Wellness
Practical support for professionals managing sedentary routines, screen-heavy work, travel or irregular schedules.
Seasonal Routine Guidance
Traditional Ayurvedic guidance on adapting food, activity and self-care routines to seasonal changes. This does not guarantee prevention of seasonal illness.
Healthy Ageing Support
Guidance focused on mobility, routine, nutrition, sleep and everyday wellbeing — not a claim of reversing ageing or extending lifespan.
Coordinated Wellness Support
Referral to Yoga Therapy, Naturopathy or Physiotherapy when the physician considers another supportive service relevant.

Your plan is personalised. It may include one or more of the following:

- General food and meal-routine guidance
- Selected external Ayurvedic therapies after screening
- Breathing, relaxation or gentle movement recommendations
- Yoga Therapy, Naturopathy or Physiotherapy referral
- Physician-prescribed Ayurvedic formulations where appropriate
- Follow-up review and adjustment of recommendations
Panchakarma is not automatically included. If it may be clinically appropriate, the physician will explain the preparation, procedures, recovery requirements, contraindications, expected duration and cost separately.

Important Safety Information
Tell the physician about all prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, supplements and herbal products you use. "Natural" does not mean risk-free, and some products or procedures may cause side effects or interact with medicines.
Additional assessment is important if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, older or frail; recovering from surgery or acute illness; living with diabetes, heart, liver or kidney disease; or taking blood thinners, steroids, immunosuppressants or several medicines.
Do not stop or change prescribed medicines unless the clinician managing them advises you to do so.
Seek prompt medical evaluation for chest pain, breathing difficulty, fainting, stroke symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, severe allergic reactions, sudden severe headache, persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain, high fever with confusion or rapidly worsening symptoms. Do not wait for a wellness appointment.
